2023 July Junior Golf Camp

The 2023 Preserve at Verdae Junior Camp is scheduled for July 17th – July 20th from 9 am – 2 pm. The Booking for the July session will open after the completion of the June Camp on June 23rd

- This camper has my authorization to engage in the activities of The Preserve at Verdae Junior Golf Camp. - I guarantee that this camper will adhere to the rules and regulations of the camp. - I authorize The Preserve at Verdae to apply judgement in regards to medical assistance in the event of an accident, injury or illness if they are unable to contact the parent/guardian. I allow them to provide first aid, medical or surgical diagnosis and treatment as necessary. - I allow The Preserve at Verdae to provide or administer the medication or supervise in self administration. - I release The Preserve at Verdae and any of it's Coaches, Staff, and manager for any responsibility in case of accident, illness or injury during this campers enrollment.
